Dan J. Goldsmith has 21 years of private investigation experience, 17 years of law enforcement experience, and 10 years of law enforcement officer/detective experience. He was licensed as a California Private Investigator in 1995.
His extensive experience conducting criminal defense investigations includes two years working as an investigator on a major investment fraud case. He is a court-certified expert in both fraud investigations and medical fraud investigations. In 2000, he was designated as a Certified Fraud Specialist with the Association of Certified Fraud Specialists.
Mr. Goldsmith also is a retired senior investigator for the Medical Board of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, and has served as Vice President of the California Association of Licensed Investigators.
